I agree with you re: reclaiming the nations for YHWH.
For me, because I've lived with the supernatural all my life, I have had several experiences with the rebellious, evil ones, and I began practicing Wicca and tarot before the powerful Son of God rescued me, I stay far away from those Calendar days that are still currently "holy" days to humans enslaved to the evil ones. Wiccans and pagans are one thing, but there are very real Satanists who do awful deeds on October 31st. Those who have escaped Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) and come to Christ have horrific stories to tell.
I know this is hard on Christians who are parents to young children and preteens, but my very humble opinion is to train up our youth to be spiritual warriors daily and to not even attend "Harvest Festivals" at churches in place of Halloween.
The best thing we who walk daily in believing loyalty to the awesome Son of God, is to ignore the evil ones, including their festivals. We have All Saint's Day, Easter, the Nativity...that's where the Savior takes ground and demonstrates His victory in the unseen realm as well as on Earth.
Just my humble opinion, from one who was walked in some dark areas, and who has been visited by those rebellious ones. No more, thanks to Jesus!
